Gotta have pictures on posts like this Brendan - sounds awesome and I am dying to try out a Pork Roast myself on my Traeger grill. You just can't go wrong with mustard on pork.

I thought about the picture thing on this one, but I'm just not sure I could have done it justice in photos. It looked very plain, even if it tasted delicious.

Yes you're right. Veggies are not advisable to be grilled. It should be steamed. My favorite way of cooking veggies.

I have to beg to differ here Hampers - some veggies are awesome grilled - especially asparagus, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms. Brush them with some olive oil, sea salt and fresh craked pepper - - super delicious.
