I didn't say I was a gourmet.... it was handy at the time and we keep it around because it's a little healthier.
I'm a foodie - I am willing to give a lot of things a try... and this wasn't bad.

If I was cooking in a restaurant and used the fake stuff - I'd expect to be tarred and feathered
