I made quiche and still feel manly. I overdid the onions though and didn;t get as good of an outcome as I would have if I followed the recipe. On the positive side - My wife and my daughter liked it!

It always does feel a bit dainty and French, but considering the amount of bacon, cream, cheese, etc, I think are very MANLY!
